Scrapers

Product Description

Scrapers primarily serve the farming and agricultural industries but are also used in earth-moving operations of other applications. The rear component of the machine has a hopper with vertical movement capabilities. When lowered, this hopper cuts into soil and then is raised to transport the load. Scrapers best serve for cutting and filling areas with short hauls and are generally suited for construction sites that are small in area size.

There are two types of scrapers: the carryall and the ejector. Carryall scrapers typically weigh less than ejectors and have the potential for more capacity to prevent spillovers with overflow spill guards. Carryalls are built with a standard bucket and straight-blade configuration making them more ideal for sandy soil conditions.

Ejector scrapers have a lower profile and center of gravity, allowing for more visibility. Ejector scrapers have a super-overflow spill guard to allow for an even larger capacity than carryalls. Ejectors have a fixed blade and excel in wet soil conditions.
